What service do you recommend for first-time customers?
We recommend a deep clean for our first-time customers. This will ensure your home is professionally clean to our standards and addressing any problem areas. The goal is to get your home to a place where periodic basic cleaning services will only be needed.
Are services refundable or can I cancel?
All scheduled services can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the service time for a full refund. Any services cancelled within 72 – 24 hours of the service time will result in a credit towards a future service date. Any services cancelled less than 24 hours of the service time will not be refunded nor will a credit be given. Cancellations should be sent to us in writing @ booking@peacheeperfectclean.com.
What day is my clean?
Your clean is the day and time window you choose during the booking. If the date does not work for you, you can always change it.
Will I get the same cleaning person every-time?
Yes, upon request and if that employee is available
Do I have to be home when the cleaners arrive or depart from my home?
No, you do not! However, if its your first time using Peachee Perfect maids we advise the initial service you be present to feel comfortable with our services. After which, you are encouraged to leave a key so our maids can render services and leave without disturbing your schedule and routine.
Can I trust the cleaners?
Yes, our staff is thoroughly vetted with complete drug and background screenings. We are insured to up to 1million in general liability, licensed in the state of Georgia and bonded through Hiscoxx.
Does Peachee Perfect Clean use toxic cleaners?
In some instances, harsh chemicals are used on tough to clean areas.
Can I tip the cleaners?
You can tip cleaners with cash or use Cashapp
What if something breaks?
This situation hardly happens, however, accidents happen. Please contact us so we can work with our insurance to get object of value replaced.
Do you clean if I smoke in the home?
We do not!
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning after?
We are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. After each cleaning our staff will reach out within 24hrs to make sure you are satisfied, and everything went smoothly. If you are not happy, we will re-schedule you a cleaning.

Am I charged upon booking?
Yes, you are! To ensure your day and time window is reserved.
What can I expect when I add organization to my booking?
Areas that are unorganized will have added time for proper organization. Examples: bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters and unorganized pantries
How do I answer “dirty/ less dirty/ hardly dirty?
If your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last year, you select “dirty”
If your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 6 months, you select “less dirty”
If your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 3 months, you select “hardly dirty”
